1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Swippr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Swippr is a photo management application that helps users organize and clean their photo libraries using swipe gestures. The App processes photos locally on your device and helps identify duplicates and similar photos for easy deletion.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining backups of your photos before using the App
  • Reviewing photos carefully before confirming deletion
  • Understanding that deleted photos go to the "Recently Deleted" folder first
  • Using the App in accordance with applicable laws

4. Photo Deletion

When you mark photos for deletion in Swippr, they are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" folder, where they will be permanently deleted after 30 days (as per iOS default settings). You can recover these photos from the "Recently Deleted" folder within this period. We recommend reviewing deleted items before they are permanently removed.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Swippr offers both free and premium features:

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate duplicate detection, the App may occasionally misidentify photos. Always review photos before confirming deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swippr and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of photos or data, arising from your use of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Swippr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
